EUPAVE Strategic Plan 2024-2030

EUPAVE is excited to present its Strategic Plan 2024-2030.
This plan will guide our actions in the coming years to promote the use of cement and concrete in European transport infrastructure.
The plan is built around four Strategic Focus areas:
- Increasing policy and decision makers’ understanding that concrete is a critical long-term for a resilient, sustainable and carbon-free transport infrastructure
- Promoting and facilitating innovation, decarbonisation and digitalisation in the concrete paving sector
- Increasing knowledge and skills of all actors in design, construction and management of concrete roads, hydraulically bound base layers, road restraint systems and other infrastructure
- Grow and transform EUPAVE into an association with stronger resonance
